Default Ram repair

I have a RAm module which were working perfectly not very long ago.
It was in lying in my drawer for some time and now its dead.
Can Ram be repaired.
If yes then where.
Please let me know.

yeah, i got my SD RAM repaired once when it was damaged.
But the performance cannot be guranteed, i'll advice buying a new one.

Get a new RAM there is very less chance to get it repaired.
