Default Computer With all latest technology

We have planned to buy a computer for our company. We require all the latest technology such as video conference and other such things. I asked about this to our dealer he said the following config:

PROCESSOR - AMD OPTERON
MOTHER BOARD - DFI MOTHER BOARD
HDD - 80 GB SATA
CD ROM/DVD DRIVE - DVD COMBO
SD RAM / DDR RAM - 512 MB DDR
MONITOR - 17 " VIEW SONIC

He says that this is the latest config and it is the best.

Please help me regarding this.

Regards..

If budget is not that much of an issue, i would recommend Opteron Dual core processor, along with 1 Gb DDR RAM. For video conferencing, much depends on Internet connection....so get atleast 2 MBps connection (T3)
