prob. in my drive or in dvd?

i buy a liteon dvd writer(sohw- 1693s23c)first week it works fine but then suddenly it dose't read digit's DVD(from nov iss , it works fine with previous) and little scrached DVD which works fine at my frinds computer.
Is it drive's prob?

try isocommander or ultra iso to extract from images. If it works, then the prob is with ur windows drivers , if not the prob is with ur drive

Yes.....the prob lies on your drive.....i have same experience with my Samsung's DVD Rom(World's worst Optical Drive Manufacuturer).....After 1.5 years it never reads any DVD.

It's OK now i test it on my friend's computer, it work fine. now i formate my
computer and after formating all prob gone.
