Flash drive shows bad sector

bought a local mp3 player cum flash drive of 512 mb. problem is now it shows 240 mb of bad sector. tried formatting it 100 times but still can not recover bad sector. so is there any method or any thing of sort by which i can recover bad sector space. also tried norton disk doctor. nothin happened.

Well im sorry to say that your flash drive wont make it. This is a hardware problem and it can not be fixed by software.
