Default I am in a fix pls help........

Well here is my problem......
I am upgrading in a week or so and i have abt 18K cash in my pocket.
i want to invest in a motherboard which is dual-core capable but i donot plan to buy a dual-core now due to high prices.
Now i donot plan to invest in a graphix card now so lookin for onboard graphix on mobo but it shud have a PCI-e slot.
i have searched various threads in the forum and found ASUS A8N-E a gud mobo but alas it has no onboard graphix. Now ASUS A8N-VM seems like a gud mobo but i want a mobo with gud overclockin facilities as well so does it fullfill my requirement
So which mobo shud i go for... donot want SLI or crossfire support...which is the best?heard MSI NEO4 PLATINUM(is tht its name ) is also gud.
And now abt the procy.
As these mobos support 939 pin procesors the cheapest option available in market in AMD 3000+ for 5.5K.
So if i invest in tht mobo i will have to ditch it next year losin my 5.5K bucks
So if i invest in 3500+ do u think then i shud go in for dual-core next yr.means is there much difference b/w 3500+ and 3800+X2???

I will get abt 35-40K next year so i dont want to waste my investment now.will buy graphix card next year.
pls advise me on mobo and procy

depends on wat ur needs are
if u r some kinda gamer
maybe ur hunger for higher end processors is understandable

and ur query is real confusin

frm wat i understand
u wanna buy a Proc & Mobo now for 18k
so i think u can still go for a 3500+ and a Asus a8n-vm-csm

i dont think the msi neo4 platinum has onboard gfx.

u can go in for msi K8NGM2 series boards...they have inbuilt integrated 6100/6150 gpu and will work well with vista also.
