HELP ME no beep sound moniter does'nt start new pc

i bought intel 865 moth and celeron d processor. when i tried to run it no beep sound comes from motherboard ,nor moniter start but fan is running ,light is comning to motheborad it beeps when i remove REM, HELP ME

Is there any hard disc activity? does the monitor stays in the stand by mode?

harddisk lights are coming , but nothing comes in moniter, it only blinks,
computer doesnt boot up, no beep sound is coming , i tried to run motherbord with minimum component with RAM , PROCSSER THEN ALSO NOTHING HAPPENS HELP

See if the monitor cable is connected properly.

moniter cable is properly atteched i have check it many times , processer fan is running, power supply fan is also running, power LED lights r coming, hardik lights r coming,to me it sems that some capcitor of motherbord may be dead.it has inbuilt speaker if no cable is atteched then also one beep should be there as it normally happens when computer starts.

make sure ur RAM is properly inserted
and get the SMPS checked

SMPS IS OK BECAUSE I RUN MY OLD COMPUTER WITH THIS SMPS AS FAR RAM IS CONCERNED IT IS PROPERLY INSERTED BECAUSE IT STARTS BEEPS UP THE MOMENT I REMOVED OR IMPRORPELY INSERTED.

then why dont u check ur monitor
connect it to another comp and try

could be problem with m/b .get it checked .somthin similar happened with me ..had to replace an IC on the m/b. it was caused due to a power surge.

check the four pin connector between processor fan and monitor cable, bacause I was facing same problem now it is ok
