Iam planning to upgrade to a 64bit AMD system

My choises are

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 939 PIN Venice CORE
ASUS A8N-E
512MB DDR 400 Transcend Memory
GFX >> need help

So ppl i have many problems here
1st plz tell me the rates for the above if u pl have
2nd my dealer in nasik sayin ASUS A8N-E is not available its discontinued sp pls tel me if its rite or if u know where in mumbai pune i can get htis board
and if possible tell me the substitute with price
3rd i can afford 6200 pcie card sp tell me all the details u can give with rates and manufacturers for 128MB and 256 MB

and i suggest goin for 3000+
and buyin more RAM or a better GFX card with the saved money
