Default 865GBF mother board


Hello, i have 2 865GBF motherboard, on one i have intel p4 2.6 ghz processor, and on second iam using intel celeron D processor 2.x ghz , the problem is when i interchange the processor, the p4 works as normal but the celeron D doesn't when i fit celeron D to 2nd 865GBF motherboard there is no display , there is no error beep nothing, even the power switch also doesn't work! ( when i start the ups the system starts but without any display , no beep , then even i press the power switch on cabinet , it doesn't switch off or restart, even i tried by replacing RAM, nothing work) what will be the problem ? even the motherboards are same! when i fit back to the 865GBF on which it was installed , then it start working. please help

Maybe the two motherboards have different BIOS versions. P4 2.6 works on BIOS version P03 or greater whereas Celeron D requires P18/23 or above. So try updating the BIOS.
