Default LED blinking,no picture

My friend has a 10 month old pc,the problem he is facing is that whenever he switches on the pc the CPU boots normally but the moniter refuses to show up,i.e the LED on the moniter glows(green) but no display. His config is P4-2.8ghz,intel 845 chipset mobo with on board graphic and sound,256MB ram, etc.Moniter is a LG 17",we have tried everything like alternate UPS,CPU and i think problem lies with the moniter but don't know the excat problem.Guys pls help us ASAP.

Since the monitor is still covered under onsite warranty, get ii it checked by company tecnitian only. If u try to open it then warranty will get void.

But make sure that u call between 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, ok?

BTW does that LED blink?
