Default Ampere rating on the +12V rail of iball 450W PSU?

On Mercury 450W, it is 17A. I wonder if iball 450W will be better.

My new system rig will be:

1. Athlon64 3000+
2. Gigabyte K8N51GMF-9 OR Asus A8N-E
3. 512 MB DDR400 RAM (512 MB extra will be added in 3-4 months)
4. Seagate 200GB SATA 1 HDD (7200 rpm)
5. XFX Geforce 6600 PCI-e (256 MB)
6. BenQ DW-1640 DVD Writer
7. Creative Audigy2 ZS

Will this be enough. I can't find a better smps in my city, so I have no choice.

Any online site where I can order powersafe psu?
