Driver for external HDD

Hi
I have XP on my desktop and I can easily connect to usb mass storage hdd without any driver installation.

I want to share the data with my friend but she has win98.
and it doesn't detect or driver is not there. Whatever be the reason she was not able to connect to it.
It is possibly due to absence of driver.
Is there any place from where I can get the driver for the external hdd and write on CD. She doesn't even has net to get the driver herself.

BTW,u did'nt mentioned which external HDD u have,also check if it has any compatblity with older O/S.

It didn't work with win98. So no compatibility issue.

I got it from my uncle, he said this hdd is of some ipod or jukebox put in a hdd case, bought in china.
