mod-the-pc is right. buy tv tuner card which has built in hardware encoder. cheap tv tuner card have software encoder which give that heavy work to cpu. software encoder generally give poor picture quality and has problem of frame dropping.
compro VideoMate TVPVR/FM was best buy in some issue of DIGIT. at that time it was selling at Rs 2250 on sify shopping. please check that it has hardware encoder or not?
