Default Anyone using Gigabyte K8N51GMF-9?

I will be running Athlon64 3000+, Seagate 200GB, HDD, 512 MB RAM on Win XP Pro SP2.

I would like to know more about this mobo regarding the following points:

1. Conflict with Audigy 2 ZS
2. High CPU temperature
3. Mid-level gaming performance (I will be adding a Geforce 6600 pci-e, 256 MB)
4. Any problems with SATA HDD and SATA RAID

If u know of any other major issues, regarding this mobo, plz let me know. Thx.
