Default HDD Bad Sectors

Hi
I have a 10GB seagate HDD my prob is that whenever i try to make partitions on it I can't format it due to Bad Sectors
I tried Seagate's Low Level format & Zero Fill utilities but
it fails

Do this HDD is dead or I can use it anyway using any other s/w?
It still detects 10Gb on my PC

no use using a hard disk which could not even be recovered by zero formatting.. it will keep posing problems for u and ofcourse your data will be on a high risk of loss if you use this drive.. dump it !!

Suggestion- It is 10gb harddisk na.....do not dump it.....store it some where so that u can show ur grand childrens that 10gb hard disk existed
On a serious note get urself a new HDD as even if anyone repairs it it is gona be risky and expensive affair......and major risk for ur data , if u store any imp data on it
