There is no software/method tat can remove the bad sectors in a HDD forever..The bad sectors are caused due to many reasons like:
Physical damage,Unnecessary Formatting the HDD etc.

Due to this the HDD life decreases and soon there is a time to buy a new HDD.

Cheers n e-peace.......

a full format spots the bad sectors and avoids data gettin written into it

if it is a logical bad sector, then it is corrected by the format

U can also use the Seatools (from segate)... there are several other tools are available for the same..
they either do the 0 fill or mark that sector as bad... by which the OS does not access them for Read or write

Sometimes there are sectors that can be repaired using tools like Seatools or paid things like "HDD Regenerator".
