how is acer travelmate !? pls advice me.

i am planning to buy a laptop for around 35-40 T. i have shortlisted
acer travelmare 2413nlc with dvd writer for 34800/- till 31/1.
is it good enuff for basic home/office work ?

also it uses intel celeron. is it good enough ?!

i know a **** about hardware, so just bear with me if this has been dscsd partly earlier, and advice me, friends. thats y i m writing a specefic help thread for me.

or is there any other suggestion for some other laptop.

i m using a travelmate.. pretty nice...

try to get a centrino.. much better battery...

I own the Acer TM 2312 lappy.Pretty good except for the battery which being obvious since this is a Celeron M.Check out the 4060 series,I believe that would fit the bill too.
Acer is really making some slick VFM laptops.

Try for Compaq or Zenith

Acer travelmate battery will give problems.

Get compaq
