Default Recover corrupt BIOS

Hey , guys i found a really helpful link while googling.
http://www.lejabeach.com/sisubb/Recover.pdf
.U gotta read it.
INfo on recovering corrupt BIOS.

i read it and i have a doubt. In teh article they mentioned 2mb BIOS support this procedure.
But i have a 4mb AMI BIOS . so does my bios also support this reprogramming corrupt BIOS thingie.

I think this info rocks.
