Which type of memory i have?
i visited to trancsend website for details on mem.

i selected
DDR mem>184 pin>DDR400> now which one for normal desktop PC?

Methinks its the Dual Channel Kit memory for a Normal Desktop PC.Buying a pair of 512MB sticks would let you activate these modules in Dual channel mode for better performance.Althogh remember that your Motherboard must have support for Dual channel memory to be activated.

not necessary to get such combo's for dual channel, but they perform better if they are the same batch, otherwise any 2 identical specifications ram will work in dual channel.
