suggest external dvd-writer!

hi friends,
i am looking for a good affordable dvd writer. bbut it should be externalily atached!
n plz suggesst me good dvd-writers!
i am waiting 4 ur reply

as far as good dvd writeres are concern... the ones from sony are the best... liteon and benq are also good brands... donot go for samsung ans lg products as their quality and performance sucks....

And about external dvd writer... dude dont have much idea...will let know u soon..

i don't know about oem ext drives. But i'll suggest Sony DRU-810 + usb case. This would be a cheaper yet powerful option

I would personally suggest Sony as far as the question of all optical drives are concerned. However, my company has an Iomega external Cd-writer in our branch and it is also good.

If you do not get Sony, then please take Liteon or Benq but stay away from Samsung or LG.
