PLEASE suggest 30K AMD rig

A friend needs a new 30K AMD 64 rig.

The Monitor must be 17" CRT, no LCD plz.

It should be future proof i.e. upgradable for atleast 2-3 yrs
It should have good onboard graphics chip with PCIe slot. He will be adding a card after 1 year.

Following games should run fine
NFS MW black edition
COD 2
AOE 3
GTA SA, etc.

I'll keep updating the info.

Actually i asked my friend to put the query when i went to kitchen. I had opened HW Troubleshoot section for him.
