Default USB port backplate for an old mobo

My friend has a Epox EP-6VB board that was bought way back in 1999 and would like to connect his digicam to his PC. The onboard USB header has 16 pins(8x2). All the USB port backplates availabe in the market have 10pins (5x2) only. Has any one else managed to get a USB port backplate with 16 pins? If so kindly let me know where to get it.
