TV Tuner S/W help Needed?
Also Theses programs are not working Virtual Dub Ati Multimedia Center... Freeware is best but a shareware will do fine. ALSO I need a freeware or shareware animated gif creater and editor. Please Suggest the software and download link if possible.

Post in the correct sections.
try chris tv, the pro version is a 30 day trial but the lite version is a freeware. Should work with Win98 too. www.chris-tv.com
