Default USB Dilemma

hi,
i have an acer veriton 2100 pc with windows XP . my problem is i want to activate the front-accessable USB ports. It is mentioned in the manual that only one pair can work and would have to activate the ports in the front of the cabinet only the method to do that has not been mentioned kindly help as i require it urgently. Also the front ports actually are connected to the motherboard

if yes the go to the my computer-> Right Click -> Manage -> Device Manager
Check out the devices in Universal Bus Controller, see whether all are enabled or not ?

hey man,i think all the usb on the Motherboard can work simultaneously.
nothing lik one pair can work and not 2. Since u hav a branded machine, may be ur bios is customised by ur comp manufacturing company ie Acer, jst check in ur Bios,if u can enable that or jst in case ur front usb connections to the mobo is wrong in that case call the company guy if its under warranty, if not try pluggin out ur frnt usb cnnctns from mobo and t ry re connecting it wth the hlp of ur mobo manual.

Good luck...bye......kishore
