Help me to buy a Good Computer at reasonable price ...

I wanna buy a new computer. What should I go for Intel or AMD and why . It would be better if you tell me configurations for both.

I want to do programming and multimedia . I also like to play Games like F.E.A.R , Gears Of war , Unreal Tournament 2007 and other high-end FPS titles . So suggest Some good PCI-e graphics card at reasonable price.

plz tell us your budget, as there are many possible configurations
