how i recover my modem

i bought a internal modem four years ago.
i lost its driver cd last year.
now problem is that, accidently my brother had deleted its software.
now my modem becomes useless without that software.
i enquired about driver cd on shops, but shopkeeper says that it had become outdated and you cant get its driver cd.
but i dont want to buy a new one, can you help me that i can get its software back
through any website? can i burn that software on cd?

my modem is of motorola chipset and following words are encrypted on chip

motorola
62412-51
V04038.1-0.6
0011

can u help me to recover my modem.
