Definitely yes. At reduced resolutions and without eye candy. But if you want a decent gaming experience, your minimum should be a G6600GT.

FEAR is a real system hog, it won't play at playable settings, even at 800X600 with no soft shadow & AA/Anis

I've tried it... it manages only abt 25 fps at800*600 lowest settings...
At 640*480 it manages abt 30 fps pn my amd 64 2800 Remember every settings was turned to minimum
