VGA is analogue(old & originally meant for crt monitors),DVI & HDMI are digital(meant for modern displays which are digital).

Almost all the motherboards, made of a iGPU supporting chipset, would have HDMI port at the back.

    Exception: very few.

    10K rpm HDD?
    Which one?
Need more info about your requirement.
The most important thing to which you should look for while buying a motherboard is your budget.

WD black 1 tb HDD 10000 rpm at around Rs.7,500. How important is the rpm factor of an internal hdd from gaming perspective? How much difference is there between HDMI connection and VGI connection in terms of visual quality? 18 inch LED monitor is sufficient for gaming?

I would recommend at least 22 inches for gaming.
Yes HDMI/DVI/DP Vs. VGA(D-Sub) gives a hell lot of noticable difference.

I connected my laptop to 40 inch sony LED via HDMI cable but did not notice any difference there. HDMI cable supports both audio and video? I am using HDMI cable of prolink, purchased from flipkart.

There must be a HDMI output port in your TV.

@sanny16 - Have you set the audio playback output device to HDMI in the sound properties on your pc/laptop?

Set HDMI as the default playback devices by right clicking the task bar volume control icon. Sometimes you will also need to change the sound device to hdmi in your media player.

Yes there are 4 HDMI port in the led tv and the tv automatically takes hdmi output as default once you enter in the HDMI option. I have googled on this topic but nowhere it is mentioned to disable other speakers in the speaker option. When i played a song i could see the fluctuation in bar graph which is beside the hdmi ouput audio option which means that the hdmi audio is enabled and also it is set default(rite clik on sound icon from task bar then select playback option). Here you will see more then one speaker, all of them enabled so the TV gets confused and hence could not play the sound. Disable every other speaker except the HDMI audio output.
