@function of numeral 2 of key board not working
can some one suggest the remedy for the above.
whenever I type @,while pressing capslock or shift key only "2" is being typed always.
is it a hardware problem?

Go to Device Manager and uninstall your Keyboard device.. Then remove the keyboards USB port from pc for some time and then reattach it.
even if you still have problem am pretty sure its a hardware one.

Keyboard problem. All you can do is to RMA or replace the keyboard.
Inactive in TDF.
