Default Best DVD+RW and DVD+R Brands

As the topic suggests I would like to know the best brands for both DVD+RW and DVD+R discs.

By the best I mean proven to have longer life/reliability than others.
Of course I'm only talking about the ones we get in India

Sony and Verbatim. but I think Verbatim only if it's not made in India.

I know couple of years ago Moser Baer was on par with Sony and hence I would prefer Moser Baer for lesser price and almost same quality. But not sure of late not buying that much neither is it available that easily I guess. How about the Verbatim one manufacture outside of India don't remember the place manfd in Taiwan?
