Error message while booting

Whenever my PC boots, the following error message displays up, then my PC turns off for about 5 sec, then restarts & boots to homescreen without any error message. But if I shut down the PC completely & then turn it ON, again the above mentioned things happens.

What could the problem be ? This problem is there in my PC from last 1-2 weeks.

Note: There is no problem in time & date displayed in my PC

Our CMOS battery wich is on the motherboard is now dis-charged.

For that thing you have to go to a computer hardware shop and buy one cmos battery and then replace it on your motherboard.

But when there was problem with CMOS battery in my friend's PC, his system date & time were resetted at every startup....

^^Ya that happens when battery is low...
but it might have been completely discharged in this case..
Get a new CMOS battery and replace it, you could find it at a local watch repair shop also/..things should be fine then..
