Exclamation PC Restart - No Overheating

Hi- I am facing a strange issue ever since I have purchased a new PC (well not exactly after that but after installing VMWare). The specifications of my PC are as follows:

What I have done till now is:
  • Removed graphics card and run PC.
    It restarts again and again.
  • Removed and fit both RAM modules. Ran PC on individual modules.
    It restarts again and again.
  • Changed SATA port on MB (my initial suspicion).
    It restarts again and again.
  • Changed HDD. Another suspicion as one HDD has bad sectors.
    It restarts again and again.
  • One time in Event Viewer system logs it showed some USB conflict so I removed my Microsoft Wireless keyboard mouse.
    It restarts again and again.

System doesn't overheat. See the SpeedFan snapshot:

Now problem is that Event Viewer log%2

can you post a screenshot of event viewer windows log entries(system & application) around time of restart?also try starting in safe mode.maybe installing vmware caused some driver conflict.

Download prime 95.Run an 'In-place large FFTs' torture test and note the temp level in speedfan at the same time.See how far how it goes.

when does it restarts? at times even before bios appears? or even when PC is idle? or even if you leave it as it is in BIOS? motherboard or PSU are likely cause. try testing with a different PSU as trying with a different motherboard won't be easy.
