No display from system

Hi,
I have two systems, one display Dell ST2220L and Graphic Card XFX 8800GT 512MB.

System 1:
Intel C2D E6550
Gigabyte G41 Combo
Kingston 2x1GB DDR2 800MHz
Corsair VX450
This system was working fine with GFX and monitor mentioned above.

System 2:
AMD Phenom II X4 955BE
Gigabyte 880GM USB3
Corsair 2x2GB DDR3 1600MHz
Seasonic 620W

For both the systems, I am connecting my monitor from GFX card via DVI to VGA connector as from motherboard it would not get signal and monitor go in sleep mode.

I tried to connect system 2 to the display but monitor was not getting display and was going in sleep mode. I re-installed RAM modules and it got started. I am though not sure about display output from motherboard after re-installing RAM modules.

Now coming to system 1,
I tried to connect display directly from motherboard. Result -> no display.
I put Graphic card and connected display via DVI to VGA. Result -> no display.
I put one module of DDR2 RAM at a time in each slot. Result -> no display.
I put one module of DDR3 RAM at a time in each slot. Result -> no display.
I replaced mobo and also checked and confirmed about display in service center.
Again at home same, all 4 above scenario repeated. Result -> no display.

I tried to reset BIOS and repeat steps. Result -> no display.
I put no RAM, Result is obvious no display but no beep code too. (true for both my Gigabyte mobo)

Can not cross check SMPS as Seasonic has 8 pin ATX connector where as G41 combo has 4 pin input.

What is culprit ? Is it processor ?

were you able to use any other monitor before this dell? if you have done it before would recommend you to refit the processor. have a steady hand and dont apply too much force on processor fan screws.

Earlier it was working with my Samsung 19" monitor. Once, with system 1 and Dell display, I was able to run system. I was setting date in BIOS and it got hanged. On hard reseting it showed me some CMOS checksum error...bla bla

After which this saga continues.

system2:
bios settings are set to first priority as discrete graphics
or
set to fixed discrete graphics and no priority

also your system is either dirty or... so re-seating the ram module will do the trick.

system1: motherboard is faulty, replace.
if your hdd light does not flicker and keyboard is unresponsive mobo faulty

troubleshooting steps without the discrete graphics card. Also try to reset the CMOS by removing the RTC Battery.
1: press multiple keys on kb simultaneously, check for beeps. if no beeps, mobo faulty.
2: go online and get diagnostics and error codes for your specific mobo, maybe it does not give beeps but flashes LED's

I replaced mobo and checked at service center. Their monitor was getting display. After coming to home for one time monitor was getting display.
Keyboard LED is not lighting.

i have a feeling the power supply is acting funny. use an alternate one. keyboard led wasnt lighting? really strange.

try without any addon card and hdd and cd/dvd
try swapping the psu also, if it still does not work
its the motherboard.
also, which cabinet are u using? do you have riser screws installed?

one main point, do you have proper earthing?

I guess PSU testing is now remaining.
Motherboard was giving proper display at service centre and once at home too. Dunn know what happened then. Once I could see an error - CMOS checksum bla bla.

Earthing is proper.

check the boss setting again with and without the graphics card.

Update:
System 2 working fine now.

System 1 still giving lot of trouble

Tried connecting Corsair VX450 to System 2, it ran, hence Corsair VX450 is working fine
Corsair XMS3 2x2GB and XFX 8800GT work fine on System 2, hence they are also working fine.
I was suspecting my 2x1GB DDR2 800MHz to be culprit. But when i put Corsair Corsair XMS3 2x2GB in Gigabyte G41 Combo, still no display. Hence it might possible that DDR2 RAMs are also working fine - will prefer confirming on some ones else's PC.

Also couple of things noted
1. whenever i press button of my UPS, all three keyboard light would blink once.
2. I put GFX card on G41 Combo, dunn give power to it, connect VGA cable to motherboard and try to bot. Result -> a long continuous beep.

Is mobo gone again ?
I had brought it checked from service center.

since you have tried almost anything so try this also.get a new cmos battery for ~35 & replace the old one on the problem mobo.boot & check all bios options especially graphics adapter priority order.

try a bios reflash...blindflash...

you should be able to do this from your dvd...for the exact specific see your manual...

chek this...
replace floppy with a pen drive...
format it with fat16 file system
