Keyboard problem

I brought a usb to ps2 converter for my old keyboard, so that i can use it with my laptop. It has two ps/2 one for mouse and other one for keyboard.
but while playing games i cannot use multiple keys at the same time.
Is there any way to solve this problem ??

PS2 to UBS converters have these kind of problems from the very beginning.

It is better to buy a USB keyboard than buying a converter.Still with normal keyboards you won't get responses if more than 2 keys are pressed(for some combinations) .
