Please help fast Computer hard disk taking extra space though size is less

Hi,
My hard drive (Drive C-Administrator) is taking extra space almost 9GB.I have checked all the files in drive C and aded all up and I got 21GB.But computer is showing that I am using 30 GB.My total Hard disk space on C is 45Gb.I have defraged my drive and optimized it but still no good.It is giving 16GB free space.Please helpMy PC congiguration is as follows:
Windows 8 Developer's Preview
i3-530m
Intel motherboard
HDD 1 TB
Ram 6GB
Graphics Card Nvidia Geforce GT430

^ use tuneup disk space explorer to check whats eating up space....also disaable Hibernation to gain space....

pagefile, hibernation file and system restore eat up additional space. check for these.

Your have 6GB RAM. So Hibernation file will be around 5 GB and page file may be around 4GB.
These files will be normally hidden. you can change folder options and see their size.
To free up the space disable hibernation option.

how to disable hibernation and delete log files which you said are hidden

my computer--->organize tab(upper left corner)-->folder & search options--->view tab.select show hidden files & folders & uncheck "hide protected operating system files".use this only to see the size & no. of files & do not delete any file.my suggestion is leave hibernation option as such & instead disable the page file as it is mostly useless for more than 4gb ram.right click my computer & select properties.click on advanced system settings in left.in new window select click advanced tab.then click settings under "performance".in new window click on advanced & then click on change under "virtual memory".select no paging file option.reboot computer afterwards.

If you can't figure out what to do then download this freeware space sniffer(1.5mb). execute it then select drive and when it completes scanning take a screen shot of it and then post here..
