Buy Dvi Male To VGA Female Converter Adapter | Lowest prices on Electronics at Rediff Shopping.

never used one so can't say about problems but such adapters are very common.

first of all why do he need to buy Gpu with only Dvi and Hdmi ports..

If he does not know then their are many Graphic cards available with all three ports(vga,Dvi and Hdmi)

If you want Gpu suggestion then pls mention Budget and make and model of PSU

I have DVI-I to VGA converter cable. It works fine.

Just for the note, the four pins on the left you are seeing are the reason why you can get VGA out of DVI-I. These four pins carry analog signals. You can't get VGA out of DVI-D because it lacks these four pins.
