Computer Starts with a black screen??

Hello, Friends
I m facing a problem in my PC for recent few days-

When I Start my PC then there is no sign of the loading of BIOS or Windows.
After 15 to 20 minutes then the computer starts (display comes).

What is the problem with my PC, can any one please help me???

refit the RAM, check the processor heat sink. Reset the CMOS battery. Reconnect HDD wires properly. Check the PSU.

can you elaborate what happens exactly in a step by step manner?

Humidity sometime can cause this - put some silica gel packs inside of your cabby or if you have Ac in the room turn it off, open the doors and after an hour or so start the comp.

Check HDD and ODD and the cables and ports on the mobo - if you have any USB device attached to the comp remove it it and try starting the comp.

BTW, tell us what GFX card, mobo, cpu and PSu you are using.
Mention manufacturer and model names of those and mobo bios version.

Take the RAM out. Clean the bottom part of it with a cloth, fit it in a different slot.
