Currently using Gskill 2*2GB [ Ripjaws ] F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM
G.SKILL-Products

I want 4GB (single stick) more.

Since above is not available in market,Which ram should I buy ?

Buy any other G.Skill SL7 RAM.

edit: wait a minute! No G.Skill SL7 RAM module(s) is/are available in Indian market. (At least they are not listed in any online shops).

So, you should go to the shop from where you bought the existing CL7 RAM.
