Which Cable I need to buy?

Hi...

I want to view my laptop's display on my 29" Onida Poison theatre screen.

I did a bit of search, and came to know that My laptop(Lenovo y410 3000) has 7pin connector for Svideo.(no hdmi ..

I am confused in selecting RCA cable or RGB cable.

My TV has regular 3 pin connectors and another which says (Y, Cr, Br) or something like that.

I am looking for two options: One is this :

and other is this:
7Pin S-video to 1Rca Connecter Cable Laptop to Tv LCD | eBay

Which one will be convenient and clearer?

I have the extension cable of 3 pin (came with dvd player)..
