High End Gaming Rig/ Off Line Videio editing

Hello Guys, I dont know what to say, what i am building it but it's for to gain income. I am a professional part-time Video editor/ Photo and Gaming is in my blood.

[Suggest Me More Like aXeRAM modules, and Hyper X ....? But in Budget]

[ If other models that i dont know about please suggest Range Rs 6k Max]

[ Incoming future it may be also can be upgarded to SLI Or Crossfire]

CPU Cooling - ....? [don't know anything about it. Liquid coiling will also do It should be in Budget] [*Reason is 24 X 7 Rig and Room temp. varies form 10*C to 40*C (no AC)]

I would really appreciate if you all help me to get these items. Maybe I will go New delhi mid Nov to get these items around 15th Nov. Even much help if i can buy all products in at one place...
