Is my current PSU ok ????????????

I have a VIP 400r 400WATTS(atleast it quotes it is) PSU is it sufficient for my current system bcoz i plan to overclock the Graphic card and the Cpu
My config
Athlon II X4 640
HD 5670(may be i will upgrade to 6750)
2 DDR3 Ram
3x80mm LED(1 rear exhaust and 2 side intake) fans 2x120mm led fans(Front Intake) 1x92mm(for HSF)
2 HDD SATA 1 DVD combo and .. thats it
according to this website its 385watts it i use a (5750 didnt get a 6750 in the list) and 4 Dimms

my question is will that psu give clean power to all components ???

EDIT: sorry for the 4 DDR2 RAM if i use DDR3 it 379watts

No. your current PSU is not ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont worry your PSU and PC will be destroyed after you overclock!!!!!!!!!!!!
