Default Intel DH67BL with VGA(Samsung S20A300N): No one-to-one mapping for the pixels and the

Hi,
I am using Samsung S20A300N monitor with Intel DH67BL board + Core i3 2100 CPU, connected through DVI-VGA converter. The monitor supports only VGA input & the native resolution is 1600x900, but when I set the resolution to this value, it seems there is not one-to-one mapping for the pixels and the display is blurred. I have tested the same monitor with another PC with 1600 X 900 resolution and it works fine. However, if I set the resolution to 1440x900 and the "Auto width" mode of monitor is on, the display is fine, but obviously, the entire screen is not covered. I have tried updating all the drivers but no luck. My OS is Win 7 Ultimate, and I tried the Win 8 Developers Preview also but the issue was still there. The manual of MB says that ic can be connected to VGA using DVI to VGA convertor.
