Default HP Probook 4520s with lots of problem

Got this probook few months back and started failing the HDD, the dealer took it to Calcutta and bought back with the same size but with 5400rpm HDD, originally it was a 7200rmp HDD, well don't mind it. Now the new problem is that i installed a 2gb Kingston RAM x 2 with windows 7 Ultimate 32bit but the system properties shows this

Question?
Why?

You can't use more than 3-3.25GB RAM in a 32-bit OS. Yours appears to be Windows 7 x86 (32-bit). Install Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (64-bit) version and 4GB will be usable.

Check this link: Let me google that for you

I am not sure about that. The best way is probably to backup the setup files of all software and do a reinstall.
