PC not starting -detail posted

My Dads PC is not starting , unable to find cause of the problem , pls help


COnfig

P5KPL-AM/PS
P4 2.8Ghz
4GB DDR2 Ram
150GB PATA H.D
450 W Zempronic

1) All Fans , LED, H.D's ON
2)Keyboad LED,Mouse LED , MOnitor OFF
3)SMPS fan, system fan running
4)Not even entering BIOS or any BEEP signals


1) i tried remove 1 of the ram and chked -not working
2)changed PCI-E card to integerated and tried -not working
3)Connected PATA H.D to my main rig and did scan disk - no error , SMART -OK
4)Did full cleaning carefully also reapplied TIM
5)


Usage - Just for Billing - no Resource hungry applications just pure Accounting only
Can any1 give me a hand pls

Try removing the CMOS battery ( the big coin sized battery on mobo ) and put it back again properly after couple of minutes.

1) Removed and putted bk after 2 minutes - Worked

When shutdown it hanged so shutdowned with power button > when i tried start again same problem , But NOW it started working again -_-

^^ glad to know it's working now

it's looks like a ram issue - test your rams with memtest app to be sure.
