Default 'Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth Mini Card' Not working

My Laptop Configurations: Dell Studio XPS 1645 Laptop, i7 Q740, Intel P55 motherboard, 6GB RAM, inbuilt Dell Wi-Fi card & Dell 370 BT card, WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE. Any more specs you want then please let me know.

My inbuilt old 370 BT card (system hardware) was not detected by the system, even in device manager so Dell replaced my BT with new card. Now the system detects it. However, after replacing a new issue has come up that is:

• Initially when I install Broadcom BT software and drivers then all the BT peripherals are detected including BT Logitech mouse.

• After some time, the peripherals are automatically disconnected and are not showed up/detected even after re-searching it using add a device using BT.

• However, the system continues to show/detect BT 370 card (system hardware) in device manager and there is no problems with that.

• When I remove the Broadcom software now and restart system, again install the same, then the peripherals are again detected and the BT works fine again for some time. This problem repeats and I have tried installing-uninstalling this device software and drivers for many times but it’s in vain.

• After remote access session, Dell came to a conclusion that my OS needs to be reinstalled after formatting of HDD. As they say that there might be a problem with software and drivers and according to them, new replaced BT hardware is fine.

Is it advisable to format? Is there any way to avoid this? I feel that if there were problems with BT software then at first place itself it would not have detected the peripherals even after installing the drivers as mentioned earlier.

Need your advice. Let me know if you need any more information. I hope I have clarified my problem as much as possible.

Please revert.
