Are you facing the porb in all OSes or in win 7 only ??

Check your ram modules with a app named memtest.

1. Get the latest bios update.

2. Check using a diff memory stick. Get a memory stick of some good co. like Transcend, Zion, OCz etc.

3. Try using a SMPS of a reputed make.

4. Install the Latest drivers. You can download them from the respective m/b manufacturer's site.

5. Change your source CD/DVD of Windows 7.
