hp g62 bluetooth problem

I have hp g62 notebook. my bluetooth is not working propely. i am unable to pair a any bluetooh device as it does not ask for the pairing code after providing the code in mobile phone. i can only send the files from laptop to mobile not from mobile to laptop. also the bluetooth properties is not opening. please help me.

Downlaod & install latest bluetooth driver from HP website & post the result.

it said my driver software is up to date. so i uninstalled the driver and reinstalled as you said. it worked. thank you.
