JuneJuly 2011 DVDs not working

Hi,
none of my June/July 2011 DVDs are opening. I tried it on two different pcs with xp/vista/win 7. It is taking ages and not opening. The DVD drive keeps on accessing it. When I complained Digit people sent me replacement. With the new DVDs also same problem?

Please tell me what could be the problem?

I think its a common problem with Digit DVDs . I have faced it too. I think it has to do with digit providing dual layer DVDs and older optical drives having trouble reading them.

How old is the DVD drive? Does it support DUAL LAYER DVD?

about two years. How to check that it supports Dual Layer DVD?
