How to check compatible OS with my CPU ?

Hi,

I have just bought 2x2GB Corsair XMS2 800 MHZ RAM, and want to upgrade my Windows 7 64 bit to fully utilize the 4GB RAM..

Is my processor compatible with 64 bit OS ? Is there any tool to check the architecture of my processor like 32 bit or 64 bit?
