Default BSOD


hey guys i m having problem with my comp
sometimes all of sudden my comp crashes.
after that pc reboots fine. below is description of the problem plz help
my OS WIN 7 Ultimate bit

PSU corsair 550 WAtt
pardon my ignorance but i have no idea what afterburner is. And i havnt installed it myself if its already installed then i dont know it

i tried to check for solution it said ATI graphic driver stopped working

^^Update the GPU drivers...

MSI afterburner is a GPU OCing utility..
Did u use any other GPU before installing 6950?

will msi afterburner work for ATI 6950?

The BSOD u get is due to graphics issue...

This should help,
1. remove the GPU
2. boot thro. onboard vga
3. remove the Catalyst drivers, download this
4. pow. off
5. insert GPU, pow. ON
6. install the dwnlded driver
