Default System reboot loop


System reboots few times before getting past 'Starting Windows' .It starts at once other times. What could be the problem.

maybe faulty ram, maybe bad smps

post the minidump files from C:\Windows\Minidump\Minidump.dmp

@doomgiver, Thanks for your reply.
I have 3 External HDDs connected through 3 different USB ports. Transcend 250 GB, Seagate Goflex 500 GB, both without power-supply and Seagate 1 TB with external power-supply. I pulled out 2 External HDDs and after which I had not experienced the problem so far. I have turned the system on and off about 5 times so far. Keep you updated.
Could this be the reason for rebooting?

If you go to advance boot up menu [by pressing F8 key when windows is booting up]....you will get an option for disabling automatic restart.It may give us an error code to diagnose the problem:
Advanced startup options (including safe mode)

After removing the external hdds ,( I removed 2 of the 3 ext hdds connected via the USB) , the system starts smoothly.
